Elevenkilo provides spiritual guidance through various methods. The specifics of the services offered to you will be agreed in writing. - 2 Appointment Booking
Clients must book appointments in advance by email. Any changes must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid an additional charge. - 3 Fees and Payment
Fees for services will be communicated at the point of enquiry or else when booking. Payments must be made in full before the time of service via bank transfer. Fees are non-refundable once the service is booked due to work required in preparation. - 4 Confidentiality
All personal information shared during consultations will be kept strictly confidential unless disclosure is required by law. Anonymised data may be used for sharing insight into the business, however no identifying information will be disclosed without express consent. - 5 Disclaimer
The services provided are intended for guidance only. Elevenkilo does not normally guarantee specific results except where stated explicitly, and the outcomes of consultations may vary based on individual circumstances. Clients are encouraged to seek other relevant professional advice for financial, legal, medical, or psychological issues. - 6 Client Responsibilities
In terms of scheduled appointments: clients must prepare, arrive on time, be fully engaged, and reflect afterwards. You are also responsible for providing accurate information to ensure the effectiveness of the services. - 7 Limitation of Liability
